How I Can Help
As a registered nurse of over 30 years, and certified care manager; I advocate and help guide my patients through difficult medical issues. Often as one ages, things become unclear, if there is more than one specialist, and insurance is not paying for several things the patient needs, I help with that. My years of experience, allow me to advocate on their behalf, speak to physicians, insurance companies, and facilities, so that my patient has the best outcome, no matter the circumstance. I also help in complex family dynamics to ensure the patient is cared for and heard.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I believe from a young age, I knew I wanted to help people and have been a nurse all my life. As a younger nurse, I helped care for my grandmother (whom I was very close to); and realized the health options, what insurance offered her was insufficient in her final months. That changed my focus, geared me to being fierce when needed to get my patients what they need, even when we have to think "outside of the box." A person at their most vulnerable, should not be forced to make decisions about food or medicine, or be any more stressed than they already are. That is why I advocate!!!
