How I Can Help
As a seasoned nurse, aging life care professional, dedicated business owner, compassionate mother, and primary caregiver for my own mother, I bring a multifaceted perspective to health advocacy. At Moledro Health Concierge, I specialize in navigating the complexities of healthcare, ensuring families not only understand their loved one's needs but also have the resources and support to meet them effectively. My advocacy extends beyond mere coordination of care; it's about rekindling the joy and connection in caregiving relationships.

I'm particularly passionate about assisting families who feel overwhelmed by the responsibilities of caring for aging or ill loved ones. If you find yourself lost in the transactional aspects of caregiving—managing appointments, treatments, and daily care needs—I'm here to lighten that load. My goal is to empower you to focus on what truly matters: building cherished memories and enjoying quality time with your loved ones.

With a deep understanding of the emotional and practical challenges faced by caregivers, I offer a holistic approach that addresses both the logistical and the soft sides of caregiving. Whether you're struggling to navigate the healthcare system, seeking ways to improve your loved one's quality of life, or simply need someone to take the burden of care management off your shoulders, I'm here to help. Let's ensure that when you look back on this time, your memories are filled with love, laughter, and the peace of knowing you provided the best care possible.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
From a young age, caregiving was woven into the fabric of my life, starting when my maternal grandmother moved in with us. This experience brought joy and deep connections but also laid bare the complexities and emotional challenges of family caregiving. Witnessing the strained relationships, the unspoken struggles, and the profound sense of loss and isolation my grandmother faced, I felt the acute need for an advocate - someone who could navigate the delicate family dynamics, validate experiences, and offer guidance.

This need became even more apparent with my paternal grandmother's illness. The family's scramble to provide care, the rifts it caused, and the missed opportunities for connection and healing underscored the critical role of advocacy in managing care and preserving the quality of life.

My professional journey as a nurse and in hospital leadership, coupled with my personal battles advocating for my children's health, cemented my resolve. I learned to navigate the healthcare and insurance systems with determination, becoming a relentless advocate for my family and, eventually, for others.

At Moledro Health Concierge, my mission is to fill the gaps I've personally and professionally, experienced and witnessed. I bring compassion, tenacity, and a deep commitment to listening and validating every family member's voice. I focus on empowering individuals, redefining life purposes, and aligning goals and expectations. Through mediating family discussions, organizing meetings, and providing clear, actionable plans, I ensure everyone is informed, supported, and heard.

My journey from a 16-year-old feeling lost and overwhelmed to a Nurse Care Manager and Professional Advocate is fueled by a desire to ensure no one else feels that way. I stand as a testament to the transformative power of empathetic, informed advocacy, striving to make every caregiving journey a little less daunting and a lot more hopeful.
