Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
As a former healthcare administrator, I have frequently assisted friends and family who experience frustrations with their medical care. During the coronavirus pandemic, friends and family began referring others who were experiencing personal and institutionally imposed health challenges. Realizing an opportunity to help more people, I formed ACO Patient Advocacy to expand my support and increase services.

Additional Skills
My approach to assisting my clients is both assertive and compassionate. Seeking and receiving health care is complicated and can be especially frustrating and challenging for patients and providers when multiple providers are involved. Numerous studies report that women, people of color and limited English proficient patients have far greater challenges in obtaining the best health outcomes. I offer cultural awareness and sensitivity in supporting these populations.
