I provide personalized private patient advocacy to help guide individuals and families through their health care journey, helping them manage their healthcare and attain the best quality of life.  Specifically, I assist clients in understanding care and treatment to make informed decisions. I can assist with finding a second opinion, enrolling in a clinical trial, researching best management options for undiagnosed or chronic disease, as well related insurance/billing issues. I also assist if/when admitted to a hospital or rehab facility to communicate with the healthcare team and help reduce medical errors. My areas of focus include navigating a new diagnosis or undiagnosed symptoms, cancer and chronic disease, medical bill assistance, and care while in the hospital or skilled facility.

I am a Physician Associate and a Board Certified Patient Advocate.  I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years. Apart from my experiences in professional practice, I have encountered frustration and discrepancies while personally navigating the health care system. I have been the provider, the patient, the daughter, the sister, and the parent facing the overwhelming healthcare system; and left feeling alone and confused.  My passion is to help patients navigate the chaotic healthcare system. No one should have to do it alone. I am available to assist with a variety of needs. My clients are my top priority. It is my compassion, experience, and determination that sets me apart from the rest.
