I've been an advocate for as long as I can remember, starting with animals and friends as a child. Growing up with my grandfather and grandmother were magical and always filled with fun. Working with older adults is a passion for me as they are often overlooked in our health care system. We as a society do not often value the wisdom, perspectives and knowledge that they bring. Protecting and advocating for them is what I love. 

Working in hospital administration gives me the advantage of knowing how to cut through red tape, collaborate with the medical team, and interpret what's happening in terms that you can understand. I quickly establish respect with physicians in order to get to the answers that you need.
